Make sure your photo includes the following:
- It's taken at the angle you want our designers to work from
- Day-time photos typically work best
- It's taken with a phone camera or a digital camera
How long does it take to receive my custom print order?
The delivery time can vary depending on the specific product and customizations you choose. Generally, we'll have your custom design sent over for approval within 3-5 business days. After you provide the all clear on this design, your custom print order is sent to production, and shipping times usually range from 3-5 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
While your photo is being processed into digital artwork and before you approve your custom design, you may make changes to the size and material of your print by emailing us at hello@wingmanworks.com. We cannot guarantee that this change will be accepted. Once you have approved your custom design, the image is sent to production and we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Can I make adjustments to my order after it's been cleared for takeoff?
- Once your order has been placed, it gets whisked away for production to make sure it lands in your hands on schedule. We recommend double-checking your order details before giving the all-clear.
